The best spot for drop off and pick-ups is the valet driveway for The Westin, accessible from both Flinders Lane and Collins St.
The Westin Hotel has 4 venues across the first floor, all of which are serviced by lift access:

- Westin Two
- Westin Three
- Westin Four
The Hotel is step-free access from the valet driveway that runs between Collins Street and Flinders Lane. The Lifts are located on both the left-hand and right-hand side of the foyer space.

Bathrooms
There are bathrooms on the Ground floor and two sets of bathrooms on Level 1, next to Westin One and on the other side of the corridor opposite Westin Two.
Accessible bathrooms are available on the Ground Floor and on Level 1, opposite Westin Two.
Bar Service
There are several bars within the Westin Hotel; a full service bar in the lower lobby and a last chance bar on the first floor mezzanine.
Westin One, Westin Three and Westin Four is on the first floor.
Upon entering the foyer:
- Proceed to the top of the internal staircase (34 stairs, carpeted marble with handrails either side).
- Take the stairs to the first level
- Turn right into the lobby space (the last chance bar will be on your left)
- Move down to the performance space (approx. 30m)
- A Festival staff member will show you to your room. Please speak to a member of staff if you require a chair whilst you wait.
- For step-free/wheelchair access:
- Take the lift from the foyer to the basement level (the lifts are in a recess on the left-hand side)
- Exit the lift into the lobby space and move to the main corridor.

Accessible seating is available on the right-hand side of the performance space, close to the front of the stage and near the entrance in Westin One and Westin Three.
