Catch a Preview show

Discount prices are available for many preview shows on the opening week, Wednesday – Monday 31 March, as well as select days throughout the Festival. To see whether your show has preview dates check the calendar on the individual show page - look for the pink dots!

Go on a Tightarse Tuesday

Discount prices are available for most shows across the Festival on Tuesdays. Look out for the green dot on the calendar of each show page for where a Tightarse Tuesday price is available.

Take a group

Many shows have discount prices available for group bookings. The minimum group size can vary, check individual show pages for details.

Show a valid Concession

Concession prices apply to full-time students, full pensioners, Senior Card holders, the unemployed and children under 16 years. Proof of eligibility is required. Concession prices may not be available for some performances.

Buy a Laugh Pack

Want to take in a few shows? Purchase Full Price tickets for three or more eligible different shows to receive a 10% discount on your tickets (excludes previews, Tightarse Tuesdays and Saturday performances). Look out for the blue dot on the calendar of each show page for eligible Laugh Pack performances. Available online, over the phone or at Melbourne International Comedy Festival box offices. Not valid for purchases through Ticketmaster, Ticketek, Arts Centre Melbourne or any other external ticketing provider.

Take advantage of Trades Hall Rush

Like to live on the edge of your seat? We’ve got a deal for last-minute comedy lovers with exclusive Rush tickets at one of our hottest comedy hubs, Trades Hall! Every night of the Festival (except Wednesdays) you can access $18 Rush tickets on selected shows at Trades Hall. Simply head to the Trades Hall Box Office to see what shows are available on the night.
