Luke McGregor

Okay, Wow

  • Australia

Helloooo! It’s been a while. A lot has changed. I have a wife, children, two chickens and an axolotl. I’ve written jokes about all of it and practiced them daily in front of both the chickens and the axolotl. The animals have only gotten healthier and more joyful with each retelling so now I’m ready to say it in front of humans. Humans like you. Please come (if you want, no pressure).

Luke McGregor wrote and starred in Rosehaven with Celia Pacquola and has also appeared on Guy Montgomery's Guy Mont-Spelling Bee, Thank God You're Here and in 2024 raced some of the way around the world with his mum on The Amazing Race Australia.

'An impeccable sense of comic timing.' ★★★★ The Age

Melbourne International Comedy Festival acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we work and live. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' spirit, imagination and rich history of storytelling and humour that is an inspiration to all Australians.

We accept the invitation to walk together with First Nations people towards a more positive future for Australia, as described in the Uluru Statement From The Heart.
