Claire Hooper

Nothing To See Here

  • Australia

Winner Piece of Wood Award 2024 Melbourne International Comedy Festival

If a Claire Hooper falls over in the forest and nobody sees, does it make a sound?

It’s a trick question. Somebody always sees.

This is a show for anyone who’s ever tripped on something that wasn’t there, waved across the room to someone who didn’t see them, had to spend too much time in a busy airplane toilet or suffered any other small, public humiliation and kept smiling.

You’ll have seen Claire on Spicks and Specks, Have You Been Paying Attention? and pretty much every other comedy, cooking and panel show, as well as hosting the podcast 'I’m The Worst with Claire Hooper'.

She’s also been falling over in public, physically and emotionally, for as long as she can remember.

Suitable for audiences 15+

Language – occasional coarse language

Melbourne International Comedy Festival acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we work and live. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' spirit, imagination and rich history of storytelling and humour that is an inspiration to all Australians.

We accept the invitation to walk together with First Nations people towards a more positive future for Australia, as described in the Uluru Statement From The Heart.
