Jett Bond

Bunker

  • Australia

It's time to make this doomsday bunker into a doomsday home.

BUNKER is an experimental immersive comedy theatre experience set in the first minutes of the apocalypse. Jett Bond invites everyone to unite as a ragtag group of survivors stuck inside an Armageddon bunker. Jett Bond blends the immersive atmosphere of the apocalypse with interactive alternate comedy, clowning and improv. Audiences can interact as much or as little as they'd like in this hour's survival exploration.

Jett Bond is an alternative comedian who has been performing across Melbourne's scene since 2018. Festival shows such as Reusable Plastic Bag (where Jett performed an hour of solo sketch with a bag on their head), I Love Money and No Show (with Thom Heim) have received a multitude of rave reviews.

Melbourne International Comedy Festival acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we work and live. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' spirit, imagination and rich history of storytelling and humour that is an inspiration to all Australians.

We accept the invitation to walk together with First Nations people towards a more positive future for Australia, as described in the Uluru Statement From The Heart.
