There are 16 steps into the venue. Wheelchair access can be arranged from an alternative entrance, though you will need to contact the venue on 0452 510 904 prior to arriving to arrange this.

Ibis Hotels (Bar/Restaurant) - Swanston Room

There is unassisted wheelchair access to enter the venue and unfixed level seating during the show.

The accessible bathrooms are located on Level 1 and can be reached via a lift for step free access.

There are stairs leading up from the carpark to the lobby with no lift access. Alternatively, there is a drop off area outside the entrance of the venue that has step free access.
